Proof is in the pudding


A little while ago we mentioned Victor Churchill's intriguing sausage-making classes, noting that we thought they made a terrific gift idea for any meat lover. At the beginning of this month we went along to check it out first hand. Our passionate butcher Romeo introduced us to the fine art of making traditional sausages in the French manner.
