We're dreaming...

...that we could experience London Design Festival's 2010 program which is bursting with interesting projects and events including Outrace. London's Trafalgar Square will be transformed into an open air production line created by designers Clemens Weisshaar and Reed Kraman. Outrace will hand control of eight industrial robots (on loan from Audi's production line) fitted with LED light to the general public. Visitors and web browsers will be able to interact with the machines writing messages into the air which will be captured by HD cameras and uploaded to a specially commissioned website.

And while we were there, we'd be sure to visit the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion by Jean Nouvel and wander, awe-inspired around Fiona Banner's exhibition at the Tate Britain.
